• Full rate of pay of $28.02 per hour

  What you will be doing:

• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation

• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements

• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

• Have full knowldge of all menu items, daily features and promotions

• Ensure the cleaniness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment

• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards

• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service

• Able to work in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player

• Previous experience in the Culinary field required

• Food Safe certification required

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred

• Red Seal, Journeyman’s papers or international equivalent preferred

• Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible and reliable
