A highly reputed Medi-spa clinic is looking for an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager with preferred background in business operations, customer service, management, sales, marketing, social media managing and graphic design. Schedule: 8 hours shifts, Tue – Sat
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field
· A minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical facility or medispa
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent customer-service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
· Experience with social media management, social media content creation for marketing purposes, schedule creation and planning
· Ability to edit photographs and videos for social media engagement
· A positive attitude involving a ready collaboration with all team members, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and advance.
Responsibilities:
· Performing receptionist and other clerical duties including answering telephones, responding to inquiries and requests for information, scheduling client appointments, sending out appointment reminders, greeting clients, and forwarding problems and relevant inquiries to appropriate staff.
· Assisting with maintaining retail and consumable inventory including weekly and monthly inventory counts and ordering
· Assisting with various marketing activities such as curating engaging content for the clinic’s social media sites in adherence to brand guidelines and objectives; developing and delivering creative marketing, communications, and promotional material for print and digital media projects; coordinating and planning events.
· Monitoring social media performance, reporting on progress, and recommending creative solutions to achieving our goals
