What You’ll Do
The Customer Care Associate will work with team members to train, develop, and motivate customers on implementing their communication services in a friendly and efficient manner. Updating and keeping accurate customer records in the CRM system detailing conversations with the customer and what actions you have taken on an ongoing basis. Attend meetings and implement best practices. Providing help and answers to the customers’ technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance. Connect and build rapport with a variety of customers by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering appropriate solutions. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the company procedures. Manage processes and paperwork related to the processing of customer orders and billing. Working with different stakeholders on various development projects.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years previous technical customer service experience required.
-Business to Business support is strongly preferred.
-Working knowledge of core networking principles such as IP Address, DNS, and server/client relationships required.
-Experience answering inbound support phone calls and email tickets is strongly preferred.
– Team player with leadership skills and ability to coordinate all activities of the team.
– Ability to train and motivate others
– Business degree or diploma preferred
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent computer literacy
– Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
-Telecom and networking industry knowledge and experience is a big advantage.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as well developed communication and analytical skills
– Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines
– Able to monitor the progress and status of deliverables and communicate appropriately
– Ability to work well and be self-motivated in a remote work environment
– Preference given to Vancouver lower mainland residents.
