We’re seeking both entry level Recruiters who want to learn about the world of technology recruitment (no experience necessary) as well as more experienced Senior Recruiters keen to build on their recruitment experience, hit the ground running and maximize their earning potential. This is an exciting and varied role, and the successful candidate will assume a number of responsibilities involving management of recruitment events and the end-to-end recruitment, placement and on-going support of Returners trainees and consultants.
You will be working as part of the small but exciting Returners Program Team, helping to support the growth of the program by finding, recruiting and assessing suitable returners to join the Program. You must possess impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with both candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and internal stakeholders across the business. We hold a number of events for this program every month, and the successful candidate must be able to organize and run these on a regular basis.
