Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager, Human Resources is primarily responsible for aligning the organization’s strategic and operational objectives with staffing and management needs.
The HR Manager works as a strategic partner with area managers and directors to develop and drive organization wide talent management initiatives, and to support the new hire process, performance management, succession planning, and successful resolution of employee issues.
Human Resources is also responsible for managing processes and maintaining personal employee information in accordance with internal policies, payroll practices, and legal and compliance requirements.
