Seeking motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for fast paced construction company. Duties include answering and directing calls, administrative tasks such as requesting utility locates and preparing documents and assisting with managing the daily installation schedule. Ideal candidate would be fluent in French and English, experienced with google suite/microsoft office, google drive have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and positive in dealing with customers.
