Apparel Associate

Full Time, 40 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturdays from 8:30am-5:30pm

Location: FFUN Motorsports in Saskatoon

We are looking for an Apparel Associate who loves to help people and brings a flair for Motorsports fashion. Do you have a bubbly and outgoing attitude? Do you have a sales background or are interested in learning to sell? If you said yes, you are ready to become the next best kickbutt team member here at FFUN Motorsports! We pair customers with the ultimate buying experience and help them find the best products! Full training is provided on all of our products and how to sell them. All you need to bring is an amazing attitude and a great work ethic.

As a Apparel Associate we want you to expand your creativity on how to best setup displays. We want your input on how to assist the customer to the fullest and maximize the sales process. But more than anything we want someone who is going to be a great team player and go above and beyond for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide sales support to customers by inquiring, listening and recommending merchandise based on the customers needs.
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge on our product offerings by seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers.
• Improve the operational efficiency by offering thoughts and ideas on how to provide a better experience to the customer (in and out of the showroom).
• Help with operational and marketing related activities relating to the or website as defined by management.
• Successfully maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays.

What we are looking for:

• Education or experience in merchandising or retail sales
• Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems
• A commitment to our Core Values and learning and development
• A real people person and loves working in a dynamic and engaging team setting
• Experience with face-to-face retail
• An approachable and engaging personality
