What You Will Do
- Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle.
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
- Follow the status of the customer’s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Ongoing customer communication – provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction.
What You Need
- Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive would be considered an asset.
- Service writing experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Ontario Driver’s License upon employment.
