As the Virtual Clinic Pharmacist, will provide pharmacy consulting services to customers through collaboration with physicians, pharmacist, and patients. This is a remote opportunity, great opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for a fast paced, interactive environment.

This role will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager and will support and drive results through:

Responsibilities:

• Provides Medication Information and Clinical Advice virtually or over the phone.
• Provides medication information and/or advice to patients.
• Documents all activity in accordance and follows policy.
• Identifies and assesses drug-related problems
• Assists in setting up new clients for remote virtual services
• Assists in training and mentoring of new staff
• Adheres to the NTS Pharmacist Service Confidentiality Agreement
• Resolves customer issues in a timely manner and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive great customer experience.
• Develops strong relationships with most valuable customers by anticipating customer needs and proactively offering services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists
• Licensed to administer injections in the province of practice
• Critical thinker, strong problem solving and decision-making skills utilizing data
• Excellent literacy skills and communication skills
• Great telephone manners
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attitude, positive approach, accountable and dependable
• Highly organized, able to handle large volume workload, able to multitask
• Able to handle stressful situations with a high sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,918.00-$120,000.00 per year
