Department Description
Contact Centre platforms delivers and supports most of the technology that manages the contact from our customers. That includes via telephone, email, secure message and instant message(WhatsApp).
These applications include core contact centre technology as well as CRM and case management software. They are both 3rd party vendor solutions as well as in-house built products.
Purpose of the Role
This role will provide a great opportunity to begin a fulfilling career in software delivery. Using the latest cloud technologies as well as proven web software languages and techniques, the successful candidate will contribute to the building and maintenance of these software applications.
This role will require extensive interaction within the team but also more broadly with other groups inside and outside of Fidelity.
The candidate is expected to display a strong ethical approach to their work and exhibit high levels of ownership and responsibility.
