Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of the Marketing and Operations team through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.
What you will do:
Support the campaign execution team with QA and testing
Ensure data integrity of system records to support marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics on a weekly basis
Own and complete a special project
sure integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
Work cross functionally with the operations team to support ongoing process changes, and systems builds
Adopt agile methodology and support the operations and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of cases, and that they are completed on time
Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, and more.
Support the Revenue operations team with systems issues related to the sales process.
Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth software company, with access to internal resources for personal development.
You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS, marketing operations and tools.
