FISPAN is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech start-up that allows for banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred operational software. Job Overview
This role will act as the “voice of the customer” within FISPAN by working closely with product, marketing, sales and operations teams to craft the market message and by building high caliber product content and sales enablement materials. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical data-driven capabilities into user benefits are crucial. The role is part of a highly collaborative group and will have a strong mentorship component to help you achieve company goals and support your professional development.
Responsibilities:
Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market by showcasing unique selling points
Craft and articulate the value proposition of the solution to internal and external audiences and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our solutions
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, leading the internal and external launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Create marketing and sales enablement materials including presentations, collateral, campaign assets, tutorial & explainer videos, website copy, one-pagers and email campaigns
Manage and track campaign deadlines, campaign performance, budget, and ROI
Utilize audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and messaging
Assist in web and SEO strategies to maximize organic traffic on web properties
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
Research competitor offerings
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Experience across full marketing lifecycle and marketing processes including product marketing, marketing strategy, campaign planning, digital marketing and execution
Well organized and detail-oriented
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several projects at one time
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus
Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing theory (or completion of course) is a bonus
