The Opportunity
This is a fun and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist interested in taking on a portfolio of leaders to support, developing your experience as a business partner. We aren’t “The Principal” or paper-pushers; we create meaningful relationships with our business partners, enabling them to act as an extension of the People team.

Fundamental to our success as an organization is building scalable processes. We want an HRG who loves to create, improve, simplify and/or automate processes to maximize what we can accomplish (example: we recently introduced AI into our interview process so we no longer have to manually type interview notes). This is not your traditional HR department – we are disrupters! Help us evolve the employee experience using technology!
In this role, you need to be highly organized and process-oriented with an empathetic approach. We want your obsession with organization – one of the first projects this incumbent will take on is organizing and simplifying our process documents to build consistent practice across our leaders and departments. This is anything and everything to support end-to-end employee experiences (employment marketing through offboarding).
Your time will be split between the candidate and employee experience as our growing team requires a heavy recruitment lift. Supporting the development of our growing teams, you will own our front line leader development through on-the-job coaching and formal training opportunities (sourced or created) and support the development of our People Experience Specialist through active mentorship and best practices sharing.
