Project Managers are required for our client of ours that is a rapidly growing mechanical and electrical contractor, that We full design, installation, distribution, maintenance, testing and commissioning of all M&E services.
Project Types
- State-of-the-art school’s
- New head office
- Refurbished hospital wing’s
- High end residential new build development
Criteria
- On this occasion their work is predominately Retro fit within Schools.
- Work is Kent, Essex, Central London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire. So, they will consider people from all these area’s. (This is why the add is posted for central London)
- M&E & schools backgrounds preferred.
- Hours are 7:30 – 4:30
- 9-hour day with lunch paid.
- £55,000 per annum, plus a generous package.
For anyone who are looking to step up in their career, there are also looking for the following:
- Engineers – Plumbers / Electricians – £35-40k
- Working Supervisor – £40-45k
- Project Supervisors – £45-50k
