Part of that growth includes the search for a Human Resources Executive that will help with internal and external HR initiatives at Flahmingo. What you’ll be doing
– Assist with the recruitment of individuals ranging from employees and contractors worldwide. Utilizing hiring platforms, interacting with global recruiters and taking part in interviews with candidates of various skill sets and experiences
– Support the COO in developing an innovative onboarding program for all new employees. Creating informative ways to integrate new employees onto the Flahmingo team and introducing to them our team culture
– Assisting with various HR projects, including creating the policy and procedure manuals, outlining communication materials for employees to utilize and developing employee performance reviews
– Participate and perform ad-hoc HR tasks
What we’re looking for
– Entry-level HR experience, we are open to new graduates
– A self-starter attitude who is excited to get their hands dirty and learn more about building human resource processes within a high-growth company
– General knowledge of Human Resources best practices, theories and resources
– Must have high attention to detail and be a fantastic communicator
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to meet strict deadlines and ability to multitask
