Solo practitioners and small practices who wish to use their professional expertise for additional income
Experienced professionals including individual accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, and accounting firms
We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience implementing HR and Payroll solutions strongly preferred
Proven experience managing implementation projects with a high degree of quality and completeness
Ability to manage contractors or vendors in HR related services
Ability to support clients across Canada
Demonstrated experience developing policies and processes, and providing HR guidance and expertise
Sound knowledge of human resources best practices and employment related legislation; including a wide-spread knowledge of provincial Employment Standards, Human Rights Code, Canada Labour Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other related employment laws
Highly self-motivated. Comfortable performing duties based on broad general direction and minimal oversight.
Excellent judgment, strong initiative, and ability to work independently
Duties of This Role
Work with external vendors or contractors to fulfill client HR needs
Oversee client payroll processes and procedures
Generate employment contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures
Ensure HR compliance with Canadian labor laws and regulations
Research on unfamiliar topics by utilizing online resources
Manage external vendors
Set up processes and standards for vendors
