Standard BioTools is looking for an HR Operations Lead. The individual will contribute and help build the HR Operations, as well as project manage HR programs. The individual will support learning, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners and be part of the HR team that defines and delivers programs that have company-wide impact on a global scale.
Job Responsibilities
We seek a candidate with strong experience in operations and capability to run end to end planning, initiation, execution & logistics for highly visible people programs across the organization. Programs include Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion, help manage Global People Leader learning series.
The key responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate the onboarding and orientation program
Coordinate and assist in the Diversity & Inclusion program
Support Global talent acquisition team by working with vendors, run weekly and monthly reports and analyze the data, manage the internship program, AAP data submission and reporting, EEO report, and offer letter coordination
Help manage the global people leader learning series:
Coordinate logistics of training
Provide oversight for Learning Management System (LMS) training and learning paths
Provide operational and technical support to successfully deliver virtual trainings i.e. global people leader learning series, mandatory compliance training, benefits overview
Coordinate the global engagement survey
Create project plans for major HR programs, with timelines and identify risks & blockers to execution
Successfully plan and direct schedules for multiple projects running simultaneously
Ensure all project requirements and objectives are documented on appropriate platforms and tools, and document standard work
Maintain consistent reporting across multiple projects
Identify inefficiencies and develop processes to address them
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience in running operations and coordination of multiple projects and programs in a high-growth, customer-focused global org
Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to learn fast, acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
Experience in utilizing information systems (WorkDay, Sharepoint) and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)
Experience and aptitude for data and analytics
Requires advanced Excel skills (creating Pivot tables and performing V-Look-ups.
Familiar with HR systems, Microsoft Office suites
Willingness to share technical and business knowledge with project and ops team members
Demonstrated success working with multiple stakeholders at various levels of organization to achieve consensus and results
Strong team player with outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teams
