Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Complete daily/weekly/monthly Lodge Facility Audits of rooms, kitchen, dining room, gym, public areas, etc.
Work with the Logistics Lead to ensure all logistics, regarding project personnel movement (including bussing, air charter services), are identified and implemented
Advises the Logistics Lead of any developments that may affect personnel resources, camp accommodation availability, or interdepartmental procedural matters
Align/Coordinate bussing transportation activities – ensuring all transportation activities to and from camp are achieved in a timely manner and ensuring all contractor employees and sub-contractors are adhering to site and company policies.
Maintain bussing schedule, monitor execution with the ability to identify and solve related problems.
Direct bussing contractor and sub-contractor to achieve company objectives, within budget, with quality that conforms to Contract Scope of Work.
Communicate, confirm, and execute logistics requirements with Contractors
Compile logistics data for daily/monthly reporting
Process daily/monthly reports as needed
Develop and maintain progress and performance, schedule, and cost baselines for Lodging and Bussing department
Responsible for timely and accurate cost analysis of forecasts
Provide timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities.
Provide corrective action plans as required
Prepare management level curves, graphs, and other statistical information for reporting
Provide actual data to assist in claim resolution
Review logistics invoices for expenditure
Maintaining Databases and Applications
Perform data validation to ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency
Identify the root cause of data inconsistencies and process defects, troubleshooting potential issues with new and existing data sources
Implement timely corrective actions, and driving closure with subject matter experts
Remain knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures.
Perform assigned duties in a safe manner and while supervising others, has the responsibility for their safety.
Participate and present in contractor toolbox and safety meeting.
Execute other duties as directed by the Logistics Manager.

LNGC Rotational Schedule:
This position is open to local candidates on a 5X2 schedule or on a 14X7 rotational basis with charter hubs out of Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver.
COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate Awareness: Currently this position does not require COVID-19 vaccine verification; however, this is subject to change with or without advanced notice. Accordingly, a successful candidate may need to provide proof of full vaccination prior to commencing employment, unless otherwise approved for an exemption by Fluor under applicable legislation.
