BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree ( B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent t) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Candidates must be available May to August 2023
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE :
- Provide talent acquisition support; including hiring, and managing intern initiatives
- Organize Internship events including networking, End of term wrap-up lunch/meeting
- Support Ford of Canada’s annual Internal Control Review – MCRP (Modular Control Review Program)
- Develop recruiting materials to align with Global Employment Branding
- Support culture launch initiatives and communication strategies
- Support enhancement of employee development initiatives
