You’ve done it all when it comes to managing large scale multi-million dollar oil and gas capital projects, and you love taking ideas and bringing them to life into an executable project plan. Your organizational and multi-tasking skills combined with your leadership experience can bring together any team to complete a project on time and on budget.
In this role as Project Manager, Logistics, you’ll oversee the Project Logistics components (Pipeline, Tunnel, and Facilities) related to the Eagle Mountain-Woodfibre Gas Pipeline (EGP) project . You will be responsible for the management of the Workforce Lodge/Camp, line pipe stockpile management, and equipment and materials warehousing related to the project.
The EGP project is 47-kilometre long pipeline expansion to our existing Vancouver Island natural gas transmission system to deliver natural gas to the Woodfibre LNG facility, requiring planning, supporting construction tasks and commissioning of the facilities. It is currently in the early stages of its execution phase with a projected in-service date of Q2 2026.

Manage complex tasks and accountability for delivery on budget and schedule
Showcase your strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Utilize exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization including external Stakeholders In year 1, you will:
Assume responsibility for the Workforce Lodge/Camp RFP through to award.
Develop a pipe stockpile management plan and contracting strategy.
Develop Facilities materials and equipment management plan and contracting strategy.
Develop a resourcing plan to support EGP project logistics. In year 2 and beyond, you will:
Manage the Workforce Lodge contractor including camp design, set-up and operations
Establish a pipe stockpile site, contract services, and receipt of the line pipe order
Establish warehouse and inventory control and materials management systems to start receipt of Facilities materials and equipment orders What it takes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited program with registration with EGBC
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior role, with demonstrated increased levels of responsibility
Strong technical knowledge of the industry
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A strong safety mindset for construction and operations. What you need to know:
