The successful candidate will play a central role in the carpentry team, focused on the construction of outdoor structures in high-end, residential properties. The focus of this role is concrete work and forming carpentry. We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Forming Carpenter.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately work from blueprints to construct patios, fences, decks, and other landscape structures
- Concrete work; forming carpentry – formwork for stairs, walls, foundations, architectural and exposed high-quality concrete
- Train, supervise, and support team members to build a positive and cohesive team environment Selection Criteria
- Presentable, professional, and with an excellent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and focus on the quality finished product
- Happy to work outside year-round!
Qualifications:
- Work Authorization (Mandatory)
- Driving License (Preferred)
- 5 years + of carpentry experience, including architectural and detailed form construction (Preferred)
