The Leader, Planning & Priorities, provides strategic and operational guidance and direction in developing and implementing the framework for organizational planning and reporting in Fraser Health. The Leader is responsible for building and connecting organizational planning capabilities as they relate to the framework, and designing and coordinating effective planning and evaluation processes that yield quality, integrated plans and reports that serve Fraser Health, Ministry of Health and public needs. Key to Fraser Health’s transformation capability, these strategies, plans and reports put focus on and drive short and long-term priorities across the organization, and enable measurement of results.

Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Health, Business Administration or related discipline supplemented by strategy development or project or change management training. In addition, ten (10) years’ recent planning, evaluation or strategic transformation experience including policy analysis/development, project/program/portfolio management, management consulting and the supervision of others, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid BC Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle for business related purposes.
