Detailed Overview
Reporting to the Director, Medical Imaging Services. The Site Coordinator, Medical Imaging practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice as well as utilizing a client and family centered care model and the vision and values of the department within Fraser Health (FH).
The Site Coordinator works in a team based environment and is charged with providing technical leadership, supervision, expertise and coordination of daily activities for the designated site. Duties include participation in the planning and coordination of Medical Imaging services, practice standards, goals and objectives in conjunction with the Director and Medical Director and other team members. Collaborates on various staffing, financial and quality control issues to achieve excellence in client centered care, education and research. Supports and facilitates regional initiatives to improve service delivery for Medical Imaging across the health authority.

Education, Training and Experience
Certification with CAMRT or CARDUP as appropriate. Completion of a recognized program in designated modality. A minimum of five (5) years’ recent, related experience, including three (3) years’ leadership experience supplemented by completion of approved management courses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid BC Driver’s License as appropriate. Travel will require the use of a personal vehicle for which mileage will be paid per the collective agreement.
