FVCL is a rapidly growing medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries with advanced technology. We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.

We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre!

• Assist with direct patient care by performing diagnostic testing; establish rapport with patients and promote the services of FVCL (we will train you)

– Must be independent, flexible schedules, efficient – it will be busy here

• Strong organization and problem solving skills

• Must also be energetic and friendly

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• monitors the progress of various projects in each department
• completes projects assigned by the office lead

(could be anywhere from preparing cash deposits, to completing a KPI report, updating documents)

• protocols, contacting reps/vendors, helping overseeing the day to day operations at FVCL are running smoothly, coming up with ideas to promote our various departments,
• ideas on how to increase efficiency, etc
• updates the office lead of each department’s progress of their projects
• HR
• may help with some social media content
• able to perform basic diagnostic testing if required to
