JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our corporate communications, brand presence, social media engagement, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, and a passion for driving brand growth and engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
Corporate Communications:
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to enhance our company’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage the creation of corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, corporate and marketing newsletters, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft presentations and internal communications.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the corporate brand to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate brand strategy into marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments.
Social Media:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Analyze social media performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Events:
- Plan and execute all corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate meetings.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics (coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and speakers) to ensure flawless and successful execution.
- Evaluate event success to provide detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, brand management, or related roles in a B2B enterprise Technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of comprehensive marketing principles.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a creative thinker with flawless attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency with marketing technology such as Google Analytics, Canva, Asana.
- Proficiency with Adobe suite of products is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
