What you will be doing:
You will have a key role in the marketing department as you will be responsible to help create interest and excitement for the company’s products and/or services. Your role is to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue. You will also oversee all the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
In your day-to-day you will be responsible to:
Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns and nurture streams to drive leads and the sales pipeline
Develop strategic marketing messaging and articulating our business products and services
Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Measure, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns and programs for success
Develop customer personas and know their buying preferences
Produce, collaborate, and revise digital and traditional marketing pieces
Write, edit, and optimize content on and in all Fresche’s marketing outlets, including web copy, SEO and SEM/SEA copy, blog posts, social channels, whitepapers, case studies articles, e-books, emails, infographics, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc.
Maintain the editorial calendar up-to-date
Leverage social networks and other tools to enhance campaign performance, create and manage effective drip campaign, and nurture current prospects
Create all corporate and customer facing materials to support all areas of the Fresche business including groups outside the marketing team
Develop and maintain effective teamwork with team members in order to achieve shared goals
What you should have:
5+ years of relevant experience in demand generation and developing winning marketing campaigns and programs – ideally in the technology sector
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, etc), of software/web applications including Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)
Experience with social media monitoring tools
Excellent listening and communication skills in English
Approach teamwork with a positive attitude
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn (Ads), Google (Ads) are assets
