What you will do:
- Promote and sell products including vehicles warranties, insurance, and protection packages.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience on all transactions
- Establish and maintain strong and professional working relationships with finance companies, banks, and suppliers
- Continually work with our sales team to develop their awareness of aftermarket products and services offered
- Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebates, finance, and incentive programs.
- Help management plan growth and sales target for the finance department
- Prepare all documentation required for registration, contracts, funding etc. in a timely fashion
- Maintain updated reports as required by the dealership
- Attend and complete training and development courses as required
What you will need:
- Administrative and Sales Experience (Automotive or Finance experience not necessary but is an asset)
- Proficiency in selling, influencing, negotiation and problem solving
- Ability to work within a team, strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat attitude
- Aptitude for numbers, strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Obsessed with customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid BC VSA license (can be obtained within 30 days of hiring)
- Valid BC Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
