In response to our rapid growth, we are looking for a shipping $ Logistics coordinator who can contribute to organizing and monitoring our shipping department, while building up processes to sustain the fast growth of the company.
The duties of the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will primarily involve working directly with clients and transport companies. The shipping & Logistics coordinator will be responsible for owning all end-to-end coordination with sales team and production, communication with the client, Packing shipping, and logistic coordination.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-ups
- working to ensure all orders are shipped and processed in a timely manner.
- Work with warehouse to prioritize and coordinate order preparation
- Manages the workflow and tracks the progress and quality of work being performed by packers
- Write and distribute email correspondence with transporters, forwarders and customer service team
- Confirm product shipment and facilitate the tracking of packages
- Act as a first point of contact for client requests and inquiries
- Ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.
- Keep records of shipments and file packing slips.
- Prepare, process and keep record of data and paperwork for shipment,
- working to ensure all orders are shipped and processed on a timely manner.
- Work with warehouse to prioritize and coordinate order preparation
- Manages the workflow and tracks the progress and quality of work being performed by packers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3+ years equivalent work experience
Proficient in office, google tools Ability to work with transporter portals
Preferably Bilingual (English and French)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate to high profile clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Work location: Montreal HQ office
