Garaventa Lift is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist for our Surrey, BC operation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a desire to help inside and outside the organization and is willing to gain a high level of product knowledge.
Specific Responsibilities Include:

Take calls and effectively communicate with people with the following interests:
- Architects.
- Designers.
- Dealers.
- End users – from school boards to homeowners.

Provide a high-level of service and design support to customers and dealers:
- Design issues.
- Code issues.
- Product features.
- Options and finishes.
- Lead times.
- Follow up on Leads and update lead status as more information becomes available.
- Analyze lead quality and provide feedback to Marketing.
- Keep dealer records up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous Inside Sales / Customer Relations / Telemarketing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to pick up new product and service knowledge & communicate that to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner over the phone.
- Proficient with MS Office Family (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
