Garden Living markets and installs Garden Living kitchens and fire features and Struxure louvered roofs and pergolas (Struxure.com). We are hiring a Construction Manager to plan and oversee the installation of all products.

The ideal candidate will possess solid residential construction experience, as well as great organizational and people skills. A “generalist” capability with a great working knowledge of small building construction is required. Leadership skills and an ability to build team relationships and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the assembly and installation of Garden Living products and Struxure louvered roof system and pergolas, including site evaluation, assisting with project specification and costing, sourcing and project preparation, coordination with trades, and site management.

Construction including framing and finish carpentry
Small building construction

Extensive knowledge of small building/residential construction

Ability to assemble by following production shop drawings
Carpentry skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
G class driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
