As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be utilizing your strategic skills to impact our marketing platforms to connect with new business leads for our Sales Team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Assisting department leads and other team members with planning quarterly goals, timelines, and action steps for execution of goals on time
- Taking initiative to come up with weekly engaging content (ie. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Working with the needs of the sales team to optimize marketing strategy and content
- Updating CRM and project management tools with implementation of marketing initiatives and strategy
- Contributing creatively to develop digital strategies that meet client/marketing expectations while meeting company goals and standards
- Preparing graphics and marketing content for social media posts, Website design, landing pages, marketing videos, promotional materials, networking event materials and etc
- Assisting with pricing negotiations of marketing platforms
What are we looking for?
- Relevant marketing and design experience
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience in work creation, management and collaborative hubs such as: Slack, Monday, Google Workspace.
