Genesys Cloud processes millions of contact center interactions daily. Recording is a key feature set that allows interactions to be securely recorded, stored, accessed, and managed. Quality Management (QM) leverages the recordings to provide insight into the quality of the interactions through manual and AI-assisted evaluations, allowing the overall contact center experience to be improved through agent evaluation and coaching.
As an Associate Software Developer on the Recording and QM Team, you will be using your technical expertise to deliver new features and drive continuous improvement of existing services. You will work in a fast-paced environment that supports continuous change, innovation, and experimentation. You will work with both established and cutting-edge technologies like Java, JavaScript, React, Python, Kafka, DynamoDB, Redis, AWS Lambda, and various other AWS services to build on our microservices architecture.
