Responsible as the Operations Specialist based out of our Toronto, CAN location, you will have the following responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Build finished inventory products using sub components
• Generate Supply Chain purchase orders:
  • check quotes are accurate and obtain approvals
  • track delivery
  • enter invoices
  • track cost of goods and review changes in the costs over time
• Generate sales invoices and co-ordinate payments with Finance
• Generate sales quotes and ensure proper approvals are in place
• Enter sales purchase orders and schedule deliveries
• Support customer EDI entries, scheduling and order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business prefered
• 2 years of work experience in accounting or supply logistics prefered
• Tensoft FSM (Fabless Semiconductor Management) and Great Plains experience is desirable
• Detail orientated, with strong data entry/checking skills
• Possess strong PC knowledge (especially Excel, including pivot table, basic formulas application etc)
• Possess strong data analysis skill
