Reporting to the Executive Director, Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre (HBEC), the incumbent is responsible for a wide range of duties related to accounts payable, invoicing, journal entry, proper allocation of expenses, staff expense reporting, Purchase Card management, purchase requisitions, and financial analysis and reporting, This position would also provide backup for the Operations Officer role within the department (Research and Innovation (R&I) and HBEC) and in this capacity support budget preparation and reporting to external funding entities. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support:
o Completing and reviewing the reconciliation of department credit card statements, prior to manager’s approval
o Completing and reviewing staff expense reports for Manager approval
