About this Opportunity
The Richmond Country Club (RCC) is recruiting a full-time Director of Finance (DOF) to join our dynamic team. The DOF reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the management and implementation of the Clubs financial operations, accounting, and control functions. This leader is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, provides strategic and analytical support to the GM, Senior Leaders, Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors. This leader also supervises an accounting team of two personnel. This leader will be directly responsible for all financial aspects of the Clubs operations within the confines of its strategic framework and will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, while working to ensure best accounting practices are exercised.
