NOTE: This position is in-office, located in London, Ontario.  candidates that are local to London will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Strategy Team:

• Collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer in developing strategic marketing plans.
• Prepare materials for marketing presentations and meetings.
• Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns to provide data-driven insights.

Coordinate Content Strategy:

• Develop, manage, and optimize an editorial calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and audience interests.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and deployment.
• Understand the nuances of content creation for different social media platforms, ensuring each post is tailored for maximum engagement and reach.

Manage Client Social Media Content:

• Schedule and post engaging content on behalf of clients across various social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure content aligns with their branding and marketing objectives.
• Monitor and engage with community comments and messages on client accounts.

Direct Client Reputation Management:

• Implement tools and strategies to monitor online reviews, comments, and mentions related to the company and its clients.
• Develop protocols to address negative feedback, ensuring swift and professional resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to curate and promote positive testimonials and feedback, enhancing brand image

Champion HubSpot for Marketing Operations:

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the HubSpot CRM database.
• Leverage HubSpot for advanced lead scoring, nurturing strategies, and in-depth engagement metric analysis.
• Drive regular report generation, ensuring the team is informed on the ROI of marketing activities and areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (or a related field).
• Proficiency in HubSpot and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
