Finance Clerk at Head Office; reports to the Director of Finance. Processes monthly Home Child Care (HCC) provider attendance sheets; generates electronic payment transactions to providers; submits attendance information for subsidized HCC clients from the agency database to the City Of Ottawa using OCCMS; processes approved and coded accounts payable invoices for payment; provides backup to Head Office receptionist.
This position is a one-year contract (February 21, 2023 to February 16, 2024).
Requirements: Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access); knowledge of Accpac an asset; Bilingual (French/English) preferred but not essential; knowledge of Accpac an asset; excellent attention to detail; functions well within a team environment; a diploma or certificate in Accounting or Business or equivalent is an asset, as well as relevant work experience.
Hourly rate of $23.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
