Job Overview
Reporting to one of our Regional General Managers, the brand-new position of Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and aiding the sales process for each of the distinct sales teams and their targeted accounts.
You will have a strong understanding of how to train colleagues in different sales approaches in order to assist each teams’ members to excel in their positions.
You will manage the goals and corresponding commissions reporting for the organization’s sales professionals.
This is a remote position based anywhere in North America.
In this role as Sales Operations Coordinator, you will primarily:
Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
Coordinate training and scheduling for the sales staff
Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials
Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
Track the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
Enter order information into the company database
Answer client questions regarding their account or sales products
Work with team members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and finance to optimize sales
Maintain and update CRM dashboards
Maintain Sales SharePoint site and Sales Knowledge Base
Experience:
3+ years proven experience in a sales coordination/management type function
Post Secondary Degree/Diploma
Skills & Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using CRMs; HubSpot experience is an asset
Ability to understand competitor strategies, products and pricing patterns
Experience analyzing customer data
Outstanding communications skills
Champion of working in a team based selling environment
Exceptional ability to multitask through various communications channels, CRM, chat, phone, email
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be proactive and oversee/overcome upcoming challenges
Exceptional time management planning and prioritization skills.
