Job Overview
Reporting to our VP of Marketing, the brand-new position of Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and aiding the sales process for each of the distinct sales teams and their targeted accounts. You will have a strong understanding of how to train colleagues in different sales approaches to assist each teams’ members to excel in their positions. Working with the directors of the sales teams, you will oversee the goals and corresponding commissions reporting for the organization’s sales professionals.
In this role as Sales Operations Manager, you will primarily:
Manage and administer our Sales Tech Stack (Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc)
Assign and track markets/territories in HubSpot
Coordinate and conduct training to the existing sales team as well as new sales hires around new services and processes
Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials with the Marketing Team
Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
Track KPIs and goals of each member of the sales team
Work with team members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and finance to optimize sales
Maintain and update Hubspot CRM dashboards
Implement all Hubspot integrations, including that with Zendesk
Manage Sales SharePoint site and Sales Knowledge Base with latest Sales Collateral and Selling Tools
Coordinate track and administer our Sales Excellence Program.
Experience:
5+ years proven experience in a sales coordination/management type function
2+ years of proven Hubspot experience
Post Secondary Degree/Diploma
Experience Salesforce is an asset.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Outstanding communications skills
Champion of working in a team based selling environment
Exceptional ability to multitask through various communications channels, CRM, chat, phone, email
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be proactive and oversee/overcome upcoming challenges
Exceptional time management planning and prioritization skills

Be articulate and proficient in the English language, both written and spoken
