Role Description

This is a full-time Sales and Leasing Representative role located in Kingston, ON. As a Sales and Leasing Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers with their equipment needs, working to build new business relationships, maintaining current customer relationships, and developing an understanding of customers’ unique needs. You will also be responsible for sales and leasing transactions, including negotiating sales and lease terms, developing sales proposals, and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Knowledge of the agricultural and/or landscaping industry is considered an asset
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
