- Build Logistic plan & forecast, optimize planning based on the updated status. Manage your daily priorities according to the business plan
- Co-work with all functional teams and customers to handle oversea outbound shipments, to ensure a most effective way to ship the machines in time;
- Manage shipments from Order creation till goods are being delivered to the destination.
- Act as a contact point among local shipping agents, proactively communicate with all parties in terms of the issues related to shipping
- Coordinate shipment preparation with the warehouse team and ensure given requirements and due dates are being held according to the order list, Issuing necessary shipping documents
- Arrange booking of transport with forwarders/carriers as per shipping method.
- Continuously track shipment status and update milestones into tracking tools.
- Identify deviations and independently develop a plan to solve the challenges.
