Seeking part-time administrative support for a small neuropsychology practice. The administrative assistant will support the basic functions of the practice to allow the provider to spend more time focusing on direct clinical care.
Administrative duties may include but are not limited to:
- Managing referrals, follow-up, and support with scheduling
- Direct communication with examinees and others involved in a case, including patients, family members, lawyers, school staff, other medical or mental health providers, etc
- Documentation of all communication
- Support with acquisition and sending of correspondence and records
- Development and maintenance of organizational tools and workflow tracking
- Assistance with ordering materials
- Basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing
Requirements and Attributes:
- Prior experience in a medical or mental health field preferred but not necessarily required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, diligence
- Reliability
- High standard of ethical conduct and professionalism
