We have an outstanding opportunity available for a lucrative and exciting role to join our Multi-Channel Sales team as an Inside Sale Customer Service Representative team member, located in our Calgary, Alberta office or working remotely as required. Your success will be measured on meeting or exceeding set KPI’s & sales goals. Successful candidates will have previous experience effectively accepting inbound sales calls & making outbound sales support calls, being a strong and fast decision maker, identifying potential new customers, sales opportunities, solving issues and providing sales support and business opportunities and growing existing sales business. Your goal would be to establish a strong network of accounts that are willing to build a partnership in success and growth and support our marketing and business model to consumers. Therefore, you will have to maximize your efforts to capitalize on your goals while building new sales with your set targets. You will also support the Western Inside Sales Team and the Western Regional Manager on the day-to-day business as needed.
Job summary:
Under the responsibility of the Western Regional Manager, the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative performs all the tasks relating to technical support for equipment, parts and products according to the assigned product range. The incumbent is primarily responsible for selling products and making quotation, taking orders, coordinating installations, repairs, and inspections, and acting as a consultant with customers.
Main tasks:
· Answer phone calls, emails, live chats, and online orders, and identify customer needs when necessary, by asking questions about their prospects garage, equipment required, type of vehicle repaired, etc.
· Provide quotations on required products and process the orders for customer.
· Offer options on type of products that best suit the customer’s needs.
· Present product, quote products, handle objections, develop options and close sales and provide required sales follow up.
· Make the follow-up with customers for the pre-orders and for customers who had quotes provided to close sale opportunities.
· Request prices quotes from freight companies as needed.
· Develop the percentage mark up on freight by ensuring that the profit margin is respected, and create bill of lading for all freight truck shipments.
· Ensuring that the customer service folder is fully completed and up to date.
· Make credit card, check or EFT verification for all purchases as required.
· Coordinate invoices and receipts to customers.
· Arrange all required shipments using Loomis, Purolator, and Canada Post shipments under ISN Canada programs.
· Trouble shoot issues regarding customer equipment or transfer the issues to the appropriate person or technical support and stay in contact with the customer to find a solution to close the customer’s request.
· Making every other related duty required by his supervisor.
