Corporate Paralegal, remote
Would you like to join a law firm that guarantees 3 days/week teleworking (2 days in person)?
As a corporate law paralegal, you will work on major corporate and transactional files as part of a team with many colleagues.

YOUR ROLE
Your main responsibilities will include contributing to the preparation of transactional files and all that this entails:
– Produce all documents in support of the transaction and attend closing sessions;
– Proceed with the incorporation, registration, organization, liquidation of companies and filing of corporate documents;
– Prepare, modify and review various legal documents in the context of reorganizations, continuations, dissolutions, shareholders’ agreements, mergers, acquisitions, notices, etc.);
– Follow the transaction process, organize closing documents and execute post-transaction tasks;
– Carry out maintenance of minute books.
REQUIRED SKILLS
DEC in paralegal technology or any other equivalent training;
Significant experience in corporate, tax or transactional law;
Good level of bilingualism, both written and oral;
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Enact is an asset;
Autonomy, rigor and good excellent organizational skills;
Interpersonal skills and proactivity.
