Customer Service Coordinator
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the company’s ambassador to our clients, responsible for maintaining the established relationship of trust while ensuring timely payment of their accounts. Your role will also involve close collaboration with our attorneys to ensure that appropriate levels of client accounts and ongoing work are maintained.
To achieve this goal, you will reconcile client accounts and payments, acting as an indispensable link between assigned billing coordinators to resolve billing issues or debtor account-related problems. You will also be responsible for preparing various reports as needed and updating observations in our recovery software.
Beyond these operational tasks, you are an exceptional communicator, capable of effectively communicating with clients, attorneys, and management in a clear, concise, and courteous manner. You have an eye for detail and possess a solid analytical mindset to efficiently solve problems. You are also capable of meeting deadlines while being flexible enough to respond to the changing needs of the company.
In summary, the position of Customer Service Coordinator requires an experienced professional with a post-secondary degree from a college or university, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
