YOUR ROLE
As an Associate, Administrative Systems, you’ll work alongside a tight knit team providing the best in data integrity, system expertise & problem resolution to support the delivery of WOW experiences to our Clients and Partners. This is a based in Canada remote full-time opportunity.
What To Expect
First 3 Months
- Builds and supports teamwork
- Review of training material and resources as it pertains to systems and processes
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn new skills and improve existing skills
- Prompt, accurate and professional client service delivery
- Commence the CEBS E-Learning courses
Within 6 Months
- Can easily determine which department at GroupHEALTH is responsible for specific lines of business/functions
- Basic system coding with peer review
- Working understanding of our internal systems
- Working understanding of GroupHEALTH product offering
Within 12 months
- Completion of the four CEBS E-Learning courses within the first year of employment
- Steading progress month over month with system understanding and coding
- Consistent achievement of reaching a target SLA of 90% and developing promoters of GroupHEALTH
- Identify a raving fan of your WOW! service within first 90 days
YOUR IMPACT
- Updates data across multiple in-house platforms to implement plan design changes for our clients
- Implements rate and plan design changes during a client’s renewal period
- Maintains customer contact and account database
- Complies with data integrity and security policies
- Sorts information according to priorities and verifies accuracy of source data prior to system entry
- Completes all system deactivation steps and necessary carrier communication required to offboard a client
- Responsible for reviewing member applications for excess coverage and coordinates the submission to appropriate parties
- Resolve system and data inquiries from internal and external customers within set SLA’s
- Processes daily administrative duties as assigned through Jira
- Other duties as assigned by Management
THIS IS YOU
- High School Diploma required and some post-secondary education.
- 2+ years of customer Service experience in an office or professional services environment required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
- Ability to work well with team and other departments
THIS IS NICE
- GBA or CEBS courses/designation an asset
