About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons that captivate students’ interest and promote a deeper understanding of the subject.
• Use innovative teaching methods and resources to make Geography come alive, inspiring curiosity and critical thinking.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive and stimulating Geography curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, showcasing your expertise in Geography teaching.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver Geography lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring the well-being of students at all times.
