at least 10+ years experience in senior financial roles
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
An innovative mindset and management abilities
A people person who enjoys building strong relationships with industry participants
Strong risk management mindset and ability to think quickly
Experience in capital markets including various forms of Equity and Debt financing
Private and Public company experience
This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of a growing executive leadership team
