Responsibilities:
- Make sales/customer service calls to all customer inquires.
- Assist customers, handle light-medium phone work, collecting inventory and answering questions.
- Process customer estimates through the moving software and answer email inquiries.
- Organize the job calendar, best truck route, enter all customer moving job details.
- Open to ad-hoc tasks, this is a small but dynamic team and we are committed to the moving service, so you must be open to handling inquiries and admin tasks, working with deadlines and thinking outside the box.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
