JOB OVERVIEW
As the Service Receptionist at Harbour City Kitchens you are responsible for the smooth liaising between our installer contractors and the service team. We aim to delight all of our customers by exceeding their expectations, in order to meet this goal everyone on our service team requires a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills to uphold our customer service standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Schedule and Track Installs and Deliveries
– Phone customers and coordinate installations and deliveries
– Prepare daily/weekly work schedules for installers
– Relay information such as work orders and other messages to and from installers, site inspectors and any other relevant personnel
– Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, complete work request, charges for work performed, and all other information
– Answer all phone calls and emails relating to service installations
– Process and resolve all problems, defects and customer concerns in a timely and respectful manner
– Utilize and maintain all dispatch related systems
QUALIFICATION MUST HAVE
– Proven track record of excellent customer service
– Excellent phone and written communication skills
– Proactive work ethic
– Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
– Moderate level of technical competency
– Respectful and inclusive attitude
QUALIFICATION NICE TO HAVE
– Experience working as a dispatcher
– Experience working in the custom cabinet or woodworking industry
– Experience working as an cabinet/trades installer
COMPENSATION
– $22-$28/hr depending on experience
– Full medical with 80% coverage for dental
– RRSP/DPSP matching program through Manulife
